All of our products are made in our studio in Eugene, Oregon. We source our materials locally and in California. Any outside fabrication is completed in Oregon or California.
Can I view your work in person?
Please contact us here to set up an appointment. Additionally, we have a selection of pieces at retailers across the country. Please contact us for specific requests and we will direct you to the nearest stockist.
Are all your products made to order?
All of our pieces are made to order with the exception of our Resin Vases, which are one of a kind and ready to ship.
Do you offer customization?
All of our works are made to order and fully customizable in terms of size, palette and pattern. Please contact us for custom orders, we would love to make your ideas a reality!
How do I care for my piece?
All of our pieces are delicate and should be treated with care. We have specific care instructions for each of our products, please see our Care Instructions here.

Yes, we love working with Designers and Architects. Please contact us with your business information for more details about our Trade Program.
How do you ship mirrors?
All Drip Mirrors 30” in diameter and under are packed in foam, boxed and shipped via FedEx Ground. All larger mirrors are packed in custom crates and send via Freighter.
How do you ship vases?
All Vases are double-boxed and sent via FedEx Ground.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary by piece, order and our current schedule, but generally range between 3-4 weeks for Vase and Mirror orders, 8-10 weeks for our Table Lamps, and 14-16 weeks for Meta Pendants, and Furniture pieces. Lead times begin with receipt of payment.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges or credits. All sales are final.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All works ship directly from our studio in Eugene, Oregon. Please fill our International Shipping Form to receive a quote.
How do I place an order?
All Vases and Table Lamps are available for purchase through our e-commerce website. Please fill our Request-a-Quote forms on our individual product pages or contact us directly at info@elysegraham.com to purchase all other works.
What kind of lightbulbs should I use for my lighting fixture?
All of our lighting pieces have a standard E26 socket and we recommend the use of LED bulbs only, as our materials are UV-sensitive.
